Webnode Forum

I have an e-commerce site. I can't get any response from webnode, I have emailed them 4 times. When a customer tries to purchase something from my site, it won't let them. It goes to the payment option page, lets them click on paypal or whichever, then goes right back to that page and gives them a message that says, "Correct the highlighted item and resubmit the page". It won't do anything else. I have tried to reset my site settings, everything. I don't know what else to do. Someone please help me.
