I decided to move from professional to standard profile, as professional is too much expensive and to high for my needs. I wrote the service and they said me to let the professional expires and then renew with standard . Now that my package is expired, I can log in but then I cannot enter the window where it is supposed I choose from different packages. Could you please help me?
