- 2010-04-03 21:45:25Well, I once send a message, I got one of these standard messages, but I never got the real message. I am thinking of buying the premium service, but after reading this....It's a puty, because I don't wan't to change my site to another server, now it has gained in traffic.
I hope they have a good reason

- 2010-02-17 10:04:30I have been trying to get help from the support, forums, emails for the last 5 days and not one person has gotten back to me. This is really bad service. All I need help with is the correct DNS settings for my site and they can't even get back to me on that. I tried to purchase the upgrade and that won't even work. How to I get a response from them and do you have any other contact details for them.
