- 2010-02-03 10:50:43Have you tried using the Contact Us to get help on this? I emailed them a few times when I couldn't see my stats and they were reasonably helpful. Let me know how you get on as I was considering buying an upgrade too.

- 2010-02-17 09:48:04I have been trying to get help from the support, forums, emails for the last 5 days and not one person has gotten back to me. This is really bad service. All I need help with is the correct DNS settings for my site and they can't even get back to me on that. I tried to purchase the upgrade and that won't even work. How to I get a response from them and do you have any other contact details for them.

- 2009-11-14 04:26:56Seems to me that this forum is a bit of a waste of time, no-one seems to answer any questions. I see page after page of topics with only 1 post in them, that of the originator. No answers.
