I am having the same problem and do not know the solution

i could not able to verify my site in google and could nt submit sitemap

The same for me: it seems to me that google ignore at all my webnode site. I've searched a sentence that I wrote a month ago and nothing, no result. I wrote the same sentences on my face book page and google found it immediately. Curtis (Web node staff), very kindly, have tried to explain something to me but it doesn't persuade me very much.

yep, same problem.webnode replied a answer;
' You can get verified with Google using the meta-tag verification method. All you need to do is to download the template you are using (from the "Layout options" menu) and modify it. You need to edit the "index.html" file and all the relevant .html files in the folder "variants" and add your desired meta tag. Then you can import the modified template back into your project." IF IF anyone figures this out please post the english version to resolve the trouble. Thanks!
